Description

Everyday on our way to work, home or a stroll, we come across Cows and calves on the streets abandoned, sick and in many cases badly injured. From burning them alive in cowsheds, hitting them with vehicles to cutting off their legs and pouring hot bitumen on their bodies, the lowest forms of humans have shown the ugliest face of our race. WE CONDEMN THIS!! Although protected by law, no one has taken the responsibility of the matter and thus like any other systematic handicap, our cows and calves suffer from ignorance and silence like a;; the other animals. On Friday, 29 June 2018, we are gathering in front of DDC center, Lainchour where we will be in direct conversation with the related authority demanding to curb the situation for cows and calves, the ones they "milk" their profit from. This is first phase of our series of strategic roadmap where ultimately the dire situation that we have left these animals in will be changed once and for all. We call for your help and your presence on that day so that our voices are heard. let us be The voices of those who cannot speak to make the ones who choose not to hear, answerable. Please do not take this to be any other protest march. This time we seek for answers, collaboration and ultimate solution and we will not stop until we have received that. Samjhana Acharya (SPCAN), Pramada Shah (Animal Nepal), Shristi Singh Shrestha (Animal Nepal).
